Buch worked on various projects inside the 1001 Fleet Street building. The scope included lobby and amenity space upgrades and the installation of high-end modern finishes. The amenity spaces are very important to the leasing of the building as it is a spacious recreational area for people to connect. The building was fully occupied during the entire build out, therefore BUCH made sure to minimize disruption to the daily operations of the building.
