Giant

Buch completed a 47,000 SF interior renovation of a Giant grocery store in Potomac, MD. The scope of work consisted of the expansion of the sales floor to accommodate a new meat and seafood department, including additional refrigeration cases, and new cheese and floral specialty shops. The renovation also featured the relocation of various fixtures and departments, installation of new cases, equipment, and all-new flooring throughout the store, updating the décor package to meet Giant’s new standards, and new restrooms. All construction activities were completed on time, on budget and executed seamlessly while the store remained open and operational for its customers. This project marks Buch’s first collaboration with Giant and we are proud to partner with them.
