Buch was selected by DARCARS Toyota to perform the large-scale, phased renovations of their used car and new car showroom buildings in Baltimore, MD. The scope of work included the complete demolition and renovation of both showroom buildings, offices and breakrooms, all new interior finishes, exterior façades, storefront systems and MEP systems in both buildings. Additionally, new electrical, and gas service was provided for the New Car showroom building and a new Toyota Portal was installed consisting of ACM panels. This portal serves as a connecting element between the two renovated buildings.
