Allianz Trade relocated to their new headquarters location in Baltimore, MD. The bright and neutral 25,000 SF office space, with floor to ceiling widows, has panoramic views overlooking Baltimore’s landmarks. Buch constructed the efficient layout of the office space with centralized access. State-of-the-art collaborative areas and huddle rooms were installed as well as break rooms and a café. Notable features installed include demountable glass office front system, elevator lobby millwork panels, high-end tile backsplash and floor tile, all done on raised flooring.
