Buch Construction successfully completed a phased interior renovation, transforming common and dining areas into modern, functional spaces. Key elements of the renovation include:
- A brand-new Pub Bar and seating areas in the lobby
- A fully redesigned dining space
- A new meeting hall and catering kitchen on the lower level
Additionally, the project featured the installation of new water source heat pumps to serve the renovated areas and two new cooling towers with steel dunnage supports. As part of this project, Buch also renovated a state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Suite on the lower level and a refreshed salon on the upper level.
