Erickson Senior Living Greenspring Garden Ridge

Buch partnered with Erickson Senior Living to complete the final two phases of renovations
in their Continuing Care facility at Greenspring Village. The scope included extensive
upgrades to 82 resident units and accompanying common area hallways. All windows
and new water-sourced heat pumps were replaced in each unit. New
kitchenettes were installed in each room along with accessible showers, new lighting, and
new medicine cabinets for the staff to utilize. Buch also renovated the courtyard between
the phases, including a new concrete patio, landscaping, irrigation, and fence.
