Since our founding, Buch has been dedicated to working with a diverse group of individuals, both on our team and in our community of suppliers and subcontractors. As a woman-owned business, it is vital to us to support other woman- and minority-owned businesses. We seek out qualified diverse subcontractors and suppliers, actively engaging with them in the procurement process, and we have developed a pool of talented diverse and woman-owned vendors.
