Buch completed a phased and occupied renovation of the first and second floor lobbies of a downtown Bethesda office building. The existing storefront entrance was replaced along with the associated canopy. Logistics were complicated by the busy pedestrian traffic and the narrowness of the interior spaces. Careful coordination with subcontractors and building operations was crucial to the success of the project.
