Buch performed a renovation of an existing office space at BGE’s Gas and Electric Building in Baltimore, MD. The space has been transformed into a modern workplace, featuring new offices, conferencing spaces, collaboration, and huddle areas. Each space is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems and brand-new finishes. As part of the renovation, all new mechanical systems and lighting and controls were installed to ensure optimal functionality.
