Bloomie’s

Buch was awarded the first ever Bloomie’s, a highly curated retail concept store located in the urban shopping center, Mosaic District. The project included the complete demolition of old two existing tenant spaces, which was combined into one large 22,000 SF tenant space. The interior fit out included new busstrut lighting system, polished concrete flooring, white painted open ceiling design, and high-end finishes all throughout the modern space. The exterior of building included new and reskimmed Stucco, which was meticulously painted in a “Confetti” pattern across the face of the building. Bloomingdale’s/Macy’s partnered up with the Colada Shop, which occupies part of the store’s footprint, serving Cuban coffee, food, and cocktails.
