Buch was hired build a new 10,335 SF multi-tenant building at Bristow Shopping Center in Bristow, VA. The project included constructing a new retaining wall on the northeast corner of the building to accommodate the new drive-thru lane. Additional work included EIFS, brick and storefront exterior, a TPO roof system and all new sitework, including two grease interceptors to service two separate restaurant tenants.
