As part of Buch’s continued growth, our team has relocated to a new 40,000 SF building in Maple Lawn, a mixed-use community in Fulton, MD. In collaboration with developer, Greenebaum Enterprises, Curry Architects and ARK Design, Buch constructed this state-of-the-art 3-story office building to create a vibrant and conducive work environment.
Buch’s headquarters features an array of modern amenities including break areas, social lounges, huddle rooms, meeting and training spaces, and a dedicated event space. Additionally, the structure features a 1,400 SF rooftop deck affording panoramic views of Maple Lawn, a multi-use golf simulator, and expansive full-height windows throughout the premises.
