Capital One Cabin John Village

Buch partnered with EDENS on Phase III of the Cabin John Village Shopping Center Renovation Project located in Potomac, MD. The goal was to revive the communal place into an urban and accessible shopping center that will bring the local community together. Buch has completed and turned over a new ground-up Capital One Bank, ground-up multi-tenant building, and Community Plaza as part of this multi-phased project. The last phase of this project was the demolition of several inline tenant spaces to create a roadway and walk-through area for easy access between the front and back of the shopping center. Both sides of the roadway were lined with new stores and restaurant tenant spaces. All work was carefully performed while the active shopping center remained fully open to the public.
