Buch completed a major building renovation and a 15,000 SF build out of an operational mission critical facility at Collins Aerospace in Annapolis, MD. The project consisted of a full upgrade of the building’s systems, new building entrance, window and two-story curtainwall replacement, new interconnecting terrazzo staircase, and collaborative and technology heavy workspaces. All work was completed while maintaining full function of the client’s data center and Airport Operations Center which was also housed in the building.
