DARCARS Pre-Owned Center of Rockville

Buch partnered with DARCARS Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership groups in the nation, to build a brand new pre-owned car center in Rockville, MD. The newly constructed car center includes a showroom and customer service offices to enable a customer-friendly buying experience. As part of the site work package, Buch broadened the entrance to the car center to ensure convenient accessibility from Rockville Pike. Additionally, Buch re-surfaced the entire parking lot which also included the installation of a new bio-retention pond to collect, store, and filter rainwater and surface runoff to help prevent pollutants and debris from entering local waterways. This visually appealing green infrastructure is critical in helping protect and preserve the local ecosystems.
