Erickson Senior Living Charlestown Historic District

Buch is partnering with Erickson Senior Living on the first phase of a multi-phase renovation in their Historic District. This phase includes the demolition of an outdated kitchen, serving area, office spaces, and restrooms. The scope of work features new restrooms, a catered meeting room, a music room, and additional storage space.
A custom pickleball court is integrated into the catered meeting room’s new flooring layout. Given the project’s location within an active senior living campus, the team is focused on minimizing disruptions to residents. Upon completion of the first phase, four additional phases are planned to further enhance the campus.
