Erickson Senior Living Oak Crest Garden Terrace

Buch had the pleasure of renovating the active Garden Terrace building in the Erickson Senior Living – Oak Crest community in Parkville, MD. The 11,200 SF renovation space included a majority of the public spaces on the first, second, and third floors. The spaces included the living room, activity room, laundry room, nurses’ offices, and corridor upgrades. The upgrades included new ACT ceilings, updated light fixtures, sleeker chair rail profile, and relocating medicine cabinets into active resident units. Logistics and coordination were the driving forces on this job in order to maintain a safe environment for the staff and residents in the active building. This will be the 8th project completed at the Oak Crest community renovated by Buch and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Erickson Senior Living.
