Harbor East Cinemas

Buch had the opportunity to construct a new premium movie theater destination in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. The Harbor East Cinemas project started with the demolition of the existing structure, which was built back into a 7-auditorium cinema including high-end amenities. Some of the most outstanding features of this project are the brand-new full wet bar, concessions bar, and the luxurious reclining chairs with seat heaters. All new lighting, wall covering, and many other modern features were incorporated to elevate the look of the space. Buch worked directly with Baltimore City’s U & O office and Fire Marshals to successfully pass final inspections and obtain the Use of Occupancy permit.
