Buch completed a construction of a shell condition retail space of a multi-use and multi-family building. The 6,769 SF Day Care facility is located in Alexandria, VA. The project consisted of building six classrooms, seven restrooms, employee kitchen/ break room, laundry room, reception space, offices, conference room and storage room. Alterations to the existing storefront and masonry was included in the scope of work to create new entrances into the place. New power service was also needed, requiring shutting down all activities, and establishing coordination with the local power company.
