Buch completed total demolitions and build backs of the several M&T Bank branches ranging in size from 911 SF to 3,504 SF. The preconstruction effort was critical to ensure that everything was ready to go, including ceilings, walls, flooring, millwork and other finishes, for construction start. The project consisted of new teller drive thru windows with VAT system, offices with demountable partitions, and highly secured teller line. The schedules were extremely tight, and crews worked around the clock to get the branches up and running. The Odenton branch achieved Silver LEED Certification.
