Buch continues to partner with Northwest Federal Credit Union. The projects range from interior build outs to new ground-up branches with complete sitework packages.
Middleburg Branch
Buch constructed a new retail bank branch for NWFCU in Middleburg, VA which consisted of renovating an existing 50+ year old building to meet specific banking requirements. This project had to uniquely blend the original design and layout of the space incorporating existing walls which included millwork panels and glass and wood flooring with new finishes including Scuffmaster solid metal paint within the coffered ceilings, custom teller pod and upgrade renovations to both the pantry, restroom, vault and office spaces. The project also included exterior upgrades of the building facade and installing a new ATM and stucco wall and canopy signage.
One Loudoun Branch
Buch partnered up with NWFCU on the interior fit-out of the One Loudoun Branch in Ashburn, VA, which provides financial services to its clients and members. The scope included a new interior layout, new millwork, modern light fixtures and state-of-the-art finishes throughout. The stone accent wall with signage stands out as the focal point in the welcoming reception space.
