PEPCO Building 75 Training Center

Buch renovated PEPCO’s existing Fleet Services warehouse and reconfigured it to include an educational training facility and increase classroom capacity within the existing structure. A portion of the slab was extended at the Mezzanine level and an addition of a passenger elevator improved the accessibility of the building. The scope also included lab space, storage rooms, a workstation and office room.
