Polestar Showroom

Buch had the opportunity to build the first-ever Polestar Showroom in Washington, DC. This was an interior fit-out of an existing warm dark shell designed to showcase the Polestar brand and its innovative, electric vehicles. The Buch team collaborated with the client, design team and the European vendors to ensure the use of brand-specific, high-end finishes aligned with Polestar’s identity. These finishes were carefully sourced from Germany and Sweden, reflecting the international nature of the brand. The team had to navigate a changing DC permitting process and get materials through customs and installed on time.
