Buch completed a 20,000 SF renovation of the first and second floor lobbies of a two-building property. The project consisted of an addition of a barista service with high-end vending, on-site conference center and tenant lounge, the expansion of the existing fitness center with shower, lockers, upgrades to all of the common areas, new landscaping and the creation of several outdoor seating areas.
