Shady Grove Metro Parking Garage

As a part of the Shady Grove Metro apartment project, BUCH worked with Bainbridge to construct a 150,268 SF parking garage with a total of 477 spaces and a green roof. This open-air enclosed precast structure is surrounded on three sides by the 418-unit apartment building and was completed prior to the turnover of the first units.
