Buch completed a comprehensive turnkey interior fit-out of the Sprouts Farmers Market, contracted by EDENS as part of a larger shopping center site redevelopment. The scope of work encompassed the complete demolition of the former 60,000 SF grocery anchor, along with the installation of a new demising wall and the restructuring of the sprinkler system for each individual space.
The 23,200 SF interior fit-out involved the integration of new rooftop HAVC equipment, slab upgrades, the creation of a distinctive light gauge framed store barn façade and entryway, and the installation of MEP and refrigeration system equipment on a full EMS control system. In partnership with all the subcontractors, the Buch team executed the meticulous placement of finishes throughout both the interior and exterior spaces.
