Stonebridge Corporate Offices

Buch partnered with Stonebridge, a real estate development and investment firm, to create their corporate offices on the 7th floor of Stonebridge’s Avocet Tower, their flagship development Class A Building located in Bethesda, MD. The scope of work for this 4-month, fast-paced 13,000 SF interior fit-out project included conference rooms, wellness rooms, reception spaces, work areas, IT rooms, individual offices, open office spaces, and the common corridor. The building consisted of a chilled and hot water condenser system for HVAC equipment. As a first-generation space, coordination required new fire suppression, duct work, and electrical work above finished ceilings, which was not in place prior. Materials were sourced from all over the U.S. and overseas, presenting lead time challenges. However, Buch was able to identify these items early in the preconstruction phase and secure procurement to deliver the space on time and within budget.
