This office renovation involved the demolition of an existing office space and the build-out of a new small office, conference room, and bar area for Suntory Global Spirits. The renovation featured an extensive millwork package, high-end kitchen equipment, a demountable wall system with an operable partition, and custom-built cases for a green wall.
Key challenges included navigating low-profile ceiling plenums, coordinating complex plumbing routes, seamlessly matching existing finishes in the common corridor, and overcoming limitations on floor penetrations due to the slab structure and the space below.
