United Therapeutics Office Renovations

Buch worked with United Therapeutics to renovate more than 25,000 SF of office and manufacturing space. The office renovations have consisted of improving their existing office space to create an open and collaborative work environment with as much natural daylight as possible. Glazed walls for private offices, and low partitions for open work spaces, and advanced daylight sensing systems allow for the most use of natural daylight. Parts of the renovations included executive c-suite offices, payroll and training rooms, and yoga and fitness studios.

Buch was also able to take a dark and secluded interior stairwell and open it up to the finished space. This was accomplished by using fire-rated glass walls, door hold open devices, improve the lighting and link the interior stairwell finishes with the office floors around them. In addition to the office renovations, Buch supported multiple renovations and improvements to the client’s manufacturing space. These projects included installation of a new fill/finish machine and autoclave, as well as renovation of certain rooms in their manufacturing space to expand and make them more useful.
