Monumental Sports
Buch partnered with Monumental Sports & Entertainment to complete their corporate office and state-of-the-art broadcast facility next to Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., achieving LEED Silver certification. The project included complex structural steel work to accommodate a 16-foot-tall broadcast studio and the installation of new mechanical and power systems, including a 2000A PEPCO service and a 1250 kW generator. Careful planning and noise control measures were critical to ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting operations throughout the project.
