Burtonsville Crossing
Buch worked with EDENS on the redevelopment of Burtonsville Crossing, a 130,000 SF shopping center. The project involved converting a large anchor space into two tenant spaces, including a new Sprouts Farmers Market. Major upgrades were made throughout the site, including new storefronts, a community plaza, improved landscaping, and a new bike lane to enhance the overall shopping experience.
