James McGill brings 30 years of industry experience in Georgia and Florida to his role as Director, Southeast. His robust portfolio of projects over the years has included retail, corporate office, tenant fit-out, mixed-use, lifestyle centers, and K-12 education, on both the commercial construction side and development side of the industry with a focus on preconstruction and project management. James holds a degree in Building Science from Auburn University and is a member of the Retail Contractors Association and ICSC. He enjoys spending free time with his wife and their three children, playing golf, and tailgating at AU football games.
